- Submit 15000 cash with Proposal form & all document to any nearer LCO/SPO office and send us scan copy of Sahara life receipt for E pin or Submit 15000 in PNB Bank, Account Holder Name - Sahara India Life Insurance Co Ltd., Account Number – 0167002100185689 & Send Original deposited slip of 15000 with Proposal form and all document at Delhi office.
- Make a DD of amount Rs.15,000/- in favor of Sahara India Life Insurance Co Ltd. (payable locally in case of local submission) & submit it to your nearest LCO/SPO with duly signed complete Sahara India Life Insurance form and documents or make a DD of amount 15000 in favor of Sahara India Life Insurance Co Ltd payable at Gurgaon or faridabad’ and with proposal form & all document , send it to Delhi office.
- Scan the Premium deposit slip of Sahara India Life Insurance for E-Pin & mail them at care@saharacarehouse.in & vijay.singh@saharacarehouse.com
- Your email id is very important as the 15 digit secret E- pin to activate membership would be sent on this mail id.
- Download Consent Letter & Self declaration in case of Non Standard Age Proof submitted (kindly refer to the list of standard age proof acceptable below).
- If your age is greater than or equal to 50 Years then Medical Examination is a must, please download the form “Medical Examination Report” and submit the same along with the form to LCO / SPO. Kindly ensure Medical Examination report is submitted as without this underwriting of the Policy cannot be done.
